Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped. 

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be extended by 10 business days. 


Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship using trusted carriers such as [Royal Mail / Evri / DPD / DHL] depending on destination and service selected. 


Domestic shipping (UK):
Standard: 1-5 business days. 
Express: 1-3 business days

Flat rate calculated at checkout.


International shipping:
Delivery time: typically 1-15 business days, depending on destination and carrier. 
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. 
If a shipping option does not appear at checkout, your address may be outside our delivery area or restricted by our carrier. 
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT) imposed by the destination country. 
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. 
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. 
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link, when available. 
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Local delivery:

Delivery windows and fees will be displayed at checkout. 
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
We aim to ship on time, but occasionally delays can occur due to: carrier issues, customs inspections, weather, or other events outside our control. 
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at fandfshoponline@mye-store.com with your order number. 
If your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 3 days with photos of the packaging and item; we’ll review your case and work toward a satisfactory solution. 
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns within 15 business days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition and packaging (excluding personalized/custom items where applicable). 
Original shipping fees are generally non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in our Returns Policy. 
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once they are shipped. 
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping fees may apply.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws.
